Elliot Borden
Elliot Borden
Elliot moved to the beautiful Berkshires from sunny South Florida in 2012 and instantly fell in love with the area. He was the manager of Planet Fitness in Pittsfield for two and a half years and during that time he developed an interest in health and fitness. That experience—combined with his gregarious personality and nearly two decades of working in the service and hospitality industries—helped him fine-tune his people skills to a degree that made him a perfect fit for our client services staff! Though a full-time training coordinator at Greylock Federal Credit Union, he joined our team part-time to continue his journey in the fitness world and has been a hit with the members since day one.
One of his many favorite things about the Berkshires is being able to step right out into the backyard and explore nature. He loves hiking, tubing the Deerfield in the summer with family and friends, and loves to sing in his spare time. He is very excited to continue growing and spending time with his Bousquet Sport family!
Eric Cooper
Eric Cooper
Eric is a native of Southern Berkshire County where he spent his childhood exploring the outdoors, building forts, and playing sports. Eric attended Berkshire School in Sheffield, MA before heading off to Colgate University where he graduated with a BA in Economics. After college, Eric spent time sailing the Caribbean and completed two off-shore vessel deliveries between New England and the Caribbean during which he learned a lot about himself, humility and the power of mother nature. Eventually, Eric put away the boat shoes and put on a suit in NYC, and later Boston, where he helped build an institutional client service team for an asset management firm. In 2017, Eric knew it was time to hang up the suit and move back to the Berkshires. He and Otto settled in Great Barrington where they spent the next two-plus years hiking and enjoying intentional time away from an office.
In 2020 Eric started networking in an effort to find an employment opportunity in the Berkshires and was lucky enough to connect with Mill Town. Mill Town’s focus on community improvement and outdoor recreation really resonated with Eric, so he was thrilled to join the team in early 2021 with a focus on the rejuvenation of Bousquet Sport.
Eric currently lives in Lenox with a busy family, and still tries to find time to hit the trails and hit the links.
